Fiji’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Honourable Biman Prasad is well-known for his down-to-earth approach and ability to connect with the people at grassroots level.
Professor Prasad will be taking out time from his busy schedule to meet the people of Nadi – Fiji’s tourism capital on two separate days later this week.
The popular leader who is also the head of the National Federation Party – the oldest and most connected and progressive political party in the country, is truly a “people’s man” and is willing to listen to all grievances brought to his attention and work on possible solutions as the country moves in a fast-paced track to reduce national debt and increase economic activities, improve on public service delivery and develop the necessary infrastructure at the same time.
Meeting convenor and community leader Bobby Jainendra Vikash says the public is invited to meet and discuss issues affecting the people of Nadi.
“The Deputy Prime Minister will be here to listen to your grievances and take necessary actions where needed,” Mr Vikash said.
He said members of the public are most welcome to call him for further information and clarification on mobile 2908920.
