Hon. Fiji PM Sitiveni Rabuka delivered a speech on how there would be various advantages and opportunities for Fiji in the context of employment, real estate, medical and education.

Brian Quigley, vice president of network infrastructure for Google and chairman of Pacific connect initiative spoke how precise would the information on weather, networking, clarity would be for comfortable living, education and disaster preparation once the subjected project is up and running.

After digesting the ideas above we all headed for the ground breaking ceremony for 25 minutes and then witnessed a lavishing lunch prior to scatter.
