The Nadi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NCCI) is ready to work closely with the Fiji Police Force to ensure Nadi remains a very safe and attractive destination for businesses, residents and visitors to our shores alike.

NCCI president Lawrence Kumar while attending the official opening of the multi-million-dollar state-of-the-art Nadi Police Station said the new station was long overdue and will play a pivotal role in providing a conducive environment for the Police Force to carry out its duty with great passion and enthusiasm.

“We are an important stakeholder and have been meeting the police regularly to highlight some of the challenges faced by the business community and finding solutions for the same,” Mr Kumar said.

He said the Nadi Police has been always very accommodating and helpful in ensuring the crime rates in Nadi remain low so that there is confidence in the business community to carry on their day-to-day work without any fear.

The new Nadi Police Station was officially opened by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation Honourable Viliame Gavoka.
