In an unexpected and totally surprising chain of events, the immediate past president of NCCI, Dr Ram Raju had filed an injunction against the AGM which is scheduled to be held today from 6pm.

Due to the uncertainty and cloud of doubts hanging over our good intentions to follow the NCCI constitution and hold the AGM in January as we had promised six-months earlier in the SGM, we now have to defer this important event to a further date or until the matter is fully resolved in the High Court of Lautoka and Appeals Court of Suva.

We therefore apologise for any inconvenience caused to you all and look forward to your support in the coming months to take NCCI to greater heights.
